Sherry has been in the hair industry since 1987. Her first job with L. S. Ayers, consisted of apprenticing their top designer who had a monthly spot doing makeovers on the Ira Joe Fisher show. From there, she moved onto building a successful clientele in the Anderson Township area working for an Aveda concept salon and training with their design team.

Sherry met her business partner, Vicki Schlechty, in the early years of her career, fast becoming friends. Over the years, Sherry and Vicki discussed opening their own salon, and after many years of working together, learning the ins and outs of the industry, their dream came true in May of 2003.

Together they have created a salon atmosphere that emulates comfort and warmth along with a superbly talented staff to give their clients the best possible experience.
