Referral Reward Program
Refer a friend or family member and you and your referral receive 20% off any chem. or spa service or 50 % off towards first haircut and style.

Late Arrivals
Our schedule is designed to provide you with maximum care and attention. Therefore, an appropriate amount of time has been allocated to complete each scheduled service. By arriving 5-10 minutes before your appointment, it gives you time to change into a smock, have a beverage, and relax. Please note that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late it is up to your designer whether they can provide the full service requested. Please be considerate of your designer.

Smock Policy
We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damaged property. Smocks are specifically provided to protect your clothing from chemical damage. Please remove your clothing before putting on a smock because, again, we cannot be responsible for any damage to your clothing.

Children
For insurance and safety reasons of our younger guests, children are not permitted in any service area of the salon or spa unless having a service performed. In consideration for your child and other salon clients, please do not leave children unattended.

Scheduling
To assure desired time and date, it is recommended that you schedule your next appointment before leaving the salon.

Cancellation
Should it be necessary to cancel or reschedule kindly call at least 24 hours in advance, as we have an extensive cancellation list and those clients waiting appreciate that time.

Multiple Services
For multiple services, we do require a credit card number for confirmation. In the event that you miss your scheduled appointment, charges will be applied to your account.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment
We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, Cash and Checks.

Guarantee
If for any reason you are unhappy with your service, please return or call within 7 days and we will gladly modify it free of charge. If you are unhappy with a perm or color, please return within 10 days and we will gladly readjust your look free of charge.
